RavenWood Curio Shoppe, “through the covered bridge in Jackson,” was a labor of love and a vision that Debbie Siebert and her late husband Larry shared when they bought a tiny plot of land next to the fire station in Jackson Village at a real estate auction in 1991. At the time, there was a small one-story house on the lot that, over the next several years, Larry transformed - almost with his bare hands - into a two-and-a-half story structure that can only be described as “magical.”
RavenWood Curio Shoppe has been a Jackson fixture for over 20 years now, and truly is a place where the past, the present, the curious, and the creative come together in dazzling and whimsical displays of functional and decorative art.
The shop features New Hampshire artisan’s products, along with the work of other crafts people from across the country. It also carries home décor, garden art, art glass, pottery, cards, jewelry and more.
In the summer months, customers can stroll through the gardens there, enjoying displays that include unique garden statues, birdbaths, wall art, and funky metal sculptures.
To visit the shop is to go on a treasure hunt, where a multitude of curiosities, rarities, novelties, and artistries are always on display. The next time you're in the Mt. Washington Valley, plan to stop in Jackson to view this gem of creative design for yourself!
